As an English instructor, I guided company staff in sharpening their business communication skills, preparing them for meetings with international colleagues and equipping them to deliver excellent customer service.

Lead with expertise, this defines my role as a teacher leader and Indonesian instructor for foreign learners. I oversaw Indonesian classes and developed the learning curriculum, managed teachers’ responsibilities, and trained educators to teach BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) effectively.

I build and manage my own social media platforms to share practical English-learning content and connect with adult learners who want to improve their English for business, general communication, or specific goals such as IELTS preparation, presentations, or interview skills. My TikTok account has grown to over 60,000 followers. 

I earned the opportunity to pursue my Master’s degree in London at King's College London. After completing a series of rigorous selection stages, I was awarded a prestigious scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education to undertake a one-year Master’s program in the UK. Through dedication and consistent effort, I completed my studies with results above the required academic standard. 

I earned my CELTA certification through an intensive one-month training program at International House London. During this course, I delivered professional teaching practice to both lower-level and higher-level adult learners, designed engaging lesson plans, and received continuous feedback from experienced trainers.
